All purchases made on C-Labs are subject to these terms and conditions and are governed in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. By placing an order, customers agree to the policies outlined below.
Returns are accepted strictly in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Requests for return must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. C-Labs reserves the right to inspect the product upon pickup and reject the return if it does not meet the stated conditions.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference. Customers are required to review the size chart carefully before placing an order, as size-related issues are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once a return request is approved, a pickup will be arranged within 2–5 business days, subject to service availability in the customer’s location. Customers must ensure the product is properly packed and ready for handover. If the courier is unable to complete the pickup due to customer unavailability or refusal, the return request may be cancelled.
Upon successful pickup and quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account details or UPI information for refund processing.
C-Labs reserves the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of repeated misuse, suspicious activity, or abuse of the return policy.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are expected to accept the order at the time of delivery. Repeated order refusals or fake orders may result in restrictions, including disabling COD as a payment option for future purchases.
C-Labs reserves the right to require partial or full prepaid confirmation for future orders in case of repeated COD order refusals.
C-Labs shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond reasonable control; however, all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure timely resolution of requests.
