Shipping policy

At C-Labs, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across India.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders, while Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders and may include additional charges. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, deliveries are generally completed within 4–7 business days, depending on the courier partner and delivery location.

We partner with trusted logistics providers such as BlueDart and Delhivery to ensure safe and efficient delivery. However, delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

C-Labs shall not be held liable for delays in delivery once the order has been handed over to the courier partner. Any delays caused by the logistics provider or external factors do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

Certain products, including all-over print items, are made-to-order and may require additional production time. In such cases, dispatch timelines may be extended by 1–2 business days.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email, and it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and coordinate with the courier partner if required.

Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete. C-Labs will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are expected to be available to receive the order. Failure to accept delivery or repeated delivery attempts may result in order cancellation and future restrictions on COD availability.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, C-Labs reserves the right to reschedule, delay, or cancel shipments in exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Currently, international shipping is not available, but we are working towards expanding our services globally.
