This website is operated by C-Labs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to C-Labs. By accessing our website, browsing, or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all policies referenced herein.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services.

2. Nature of Products (Print-on-Demand)

C-Labs sells made-to-order apparel and merchandise through print-on-demand (POD) production partners. All products are manufactured only after an order is placed.

Due to the nature of POD production:

  • Minor variations in color, print alignment, size tolerance, or finish may occur
  • Such variations are not considered defects
  • Product images are for representation purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product

3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained appropriate consent.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws, including intellectual property laws
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activities

4. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Limit quantities per person, household, or order
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale, or abuse

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of products or services.

Customers must provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for products that are:

  • Defective,
  • Damaged, or
  • Incorrectly delivered

Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags and packaging

Non-returnable cases include:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Minor POD-related variations

Pickup will be arranged within 2–5 business days, subject to service availability. Failure to hand over the product may result in cancellation of the return request.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection:

  • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or UPI

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Customers opting for COD must accept the order at delivery.

C-Labs reserves the right to:

  • Disable COD for users with repeated order refusals
  • Require partial or full prepaid payment for future orders
  • Cancel COD orders suspected to be fraudulent

Repeated misuse of COD may lead to account restrictions or order cancellations.

7. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may provide access to third-party tools or services (including payment gateways, logistics partners, or apps) without control or liability.

Use of such services is at your own risk, and you agree to their respective terms and policies.

8. Product Accuracy & Information Disclaimer

We strive to ensure accuracy; however:

  • Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability may contain errors
  • We do not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or current

We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders without prior notice.

9. User Content & Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or submissions provided to C-Labs may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

You agree that your content:

  • Does not violate any third-party rights
  • Is not unlawful, abusive, or misleading

We are not responsible for user-generated content.

10. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the website for:
