Refund policy

At C-Labs, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 5-day return window, meaning customers must request a return within 5 days of receiving the product. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags intact
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order ID/receipt)

C-Labs reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions after inspection.


Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor variations in color, print, or finish (common in print-on-demand products)
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery. If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at returns@clabs.store or support@clabs.store within the 5-day window.

We may request photo or video proof to verify the issue before approving the return or replacement.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup within 2–5 business days, subject to service availability.

Customers must ensure the product is securely packed and ready for handover. Failure to hand over the product or repeated missed pickups may result in cancellation of the return request.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. This fee covers handling, quality inspection, and reverse logistics costs.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different product is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order separately

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method
  • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or UPI (valid details required)

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
  • If 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@clabs.store
