Order Delivery & Package Integrity

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your order arrives safely. All items are shipped in secure, sealed packaging to guarantee perfect condition upon arrival.

  • Do not accept any parcels that appear damaged, opened, or tampered with

If you receive a compromised package, please refuse delivery and contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.

Payment Deducted But Order Failed – Here’s What Happens

Don’t worry – your money is safe! This usually occurs due to a temporary bank authorization hold. Here’s what to expect:

What Happened?

  • Your bank may have temporarily reserved the amount during the transaction attempt (common for card/UPI payments).
  • No order was created in our system, so no charges were actually collected.

Next Steps:

  1. Wait 1-3 Business Days
    • Most banks automatically release the hold within this period.
  2. Check Your Bank Statement
    • Look for a "pending" or "authorization hold" transaction (not a completed debit).
  3. Still Not Refunded?
    • Contact your bank with:
      • Transaction ID/UTR number
      • Date/time of the transaction
    • Or email our support with these details – we’ll help escalate!

      How to Prevent This Next Time:

      • ✔ Use the same payment method for retrying (avoids multiple holds).
      • ✔ Ensure stable internet during checkout.
      • ✔ Check for payment failure messages before retrying.

      We’re here to help! Reach out if the amount isn’t reversed within 3 days.

Shipping Charges Policy

✓ Prepaid Orders:

  • Shipping is completely FREE - all delivery costs are included in your product price.

✓ Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • A nominal ₹50 shipping fee applies to cover processing.

Note: Delivery timelines remain the same for both payment methods.

📦 Standard Orders:

  • Delivered in 4-7 business days
  • Delivery time varies by location

✂️ Customized Products:

  • Handmade after ordering
  • Ships within 1-2 business days of order placement
  • Then delivered in standard 4-7 days

Note: Business days exclude Sundays & holidays

We guarantee white-glove delivery service - meticulously packed, promptly shipped, and personally accountable until your order arrives flawlessly at your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 5 days of delivery

Return Process

  1. With Pickup Service (Available Locations):
    • We arrange free reverse pickup (excludes ₹75 fee for post-delivery cancellations)
  2. Self-Ship Option (Unserviceable Areas):
    • Ship securely to our warehouse (customer bears shipping costs)
    • Recommended couriers: DTDC, Delhivery, or India Post

Special Cases

  • Defective Items: Email images to calbs2025@gmail.com for instant resolution
  • Wrong Size Exchanges: ₹75 pickup fee or self-ship (free replacement shipped after QC)

Refunds

  • Credited to C-Labs Wallet only
  • Excludes original shipping/COD charges

Important Notes

  • One exchange/return per order (multi-package orders: wait for all items)
  • QC Failure: Used/damaged items ineligible for replacement
  • Defective Product Resolution: We cover all return shipping costs

  • Bank account refund available on request (₹75 processing fee applies* *Fee varies by bank)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Product value credited to C-Labs Wallet only

General Terms

  1. Exclusions:
    • Shipping/COD charges non-refundable
    • Discounted/sale items (including Buy 1 Get 1 Free) ineligible for returns
  2. Quality Assurance:
    • Refunds processed only after passed inspection (unused condition with tags)
