Washing

• Hand wash separately in cold water using a mild detergent.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.

Drying

• Gently squeeze out excess water—do not wring.
• Lay flat to dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.
• Do not tumble dry.

Ironing

• Use low heat and iron inside out.
• For added protection, place a cloth over any prints or embroidery.
• Steaming is the gentlest option.

Storage

• Hang or fold neatly in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct light.
• Prevent heavy creasing over prints or embroidery.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in India within 7 business days. You can check for the approximate delievery date on the order page before placing an order

Express Shipping

Orders placed before 9:00 AM will be processed and prepared for shipping on the very same business day (weekends and holidays excluded). Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be prioritized for processing and shipment on the following business day.

Please Note: Once processed, your orders are promptly transferred to the logistics partners for shipping. They will then handle the final leg of the journey to your location. While Express orders prioritize processing, it does not guarantee next-day or same-day delivery. Delivery timelines are ultimately determined by your location and the courier service.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers. However, an additional Rs. 50 processing fee applies to all COD orders to cover handling and transaction costs.

Returns Policy

You may return items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
